DBB makes it easier for students to access transport cards
Diyarbakır Metropolitan Municipality has set up Diyarkart card-issuing stands at two student halls of residence to make it easier for students staying in halls to obtain their transport cards at the start of the new academic year. Students will be able to collect their cards directly from their halls of residence on 26 and 27 September.
The Department of Transport has set up Diyarkart card-issuing stands at Halid Bin Velid Student Hall of Residence and Süleyman Bin Halid Student Hall of Residence to make it easier for students to complete their city transport card procedures.
Cards to be issued at halls of residence on 26 and 27 September
Students staying in the halls of residence will be able to apply at the stands and obtain their Diyarkarts on 26 and 27 September. The arrangement means that students can complete their card applications at the halls where they are staying, without having to travel to another location.
Through the initiative, the Metropolitan Municipality aims to make it easier for students to access public transport.
