Diyarbakır Metropolitan Municipality Co-Mayor Serra Bucak took part in the Alevi Workshop organised by the Democratic Alevi Associations (DAD).

Held at a city-centre hotel, the workshop addressed issues facing the Alevi community, the risks it encounters, new organisational models for the coming period, and the role of Alevis in the Peace and Democratic Society Process. Participants included Co-Mayor Serra Bucak; Democratic Regions Party (DBP) Co-Chair Çiğdem Kılıçgün Uçar; MPs; and representatives of political parties and civil society organisations.
