DBB Provides Diyarkart Service in Student Dormitories

With the start of the new academic year, Diyarbakır Metropolitan Municipality has set up Diyarkart stands in student dormitories to facilitate access for students staying in the city’s halls of residence.

As part of the new term, the Department of Transport has established card-issuing stands in student dormitories for two days to make it easier for students to obtain their travel cards (Diyarkart).

Newly enrolled students will be able to collect their Diyarkart directly from the stands set up in Halid Bin Velid Student Dormitory and Süleyman Bin Halid Student Dormitory.

‘Our Aim is to Ensure Students Travel Effortlessly’

Providing information about the service, Zeki Su, Branch Manager of the Bus Operations Division of the Department of Transport, underlined that their aim was to make life easier for students by setting up Diyarkart stands in dormitories.

Wishing all students success in the new academic year, Su said:

“As Diyarbakır Metropolitan Municipality, we have set up Diyarkart stands in student dormitories. Our aim is to provide newly arrived students with their Diyarkart instantly and directly, enabling them to travel more comfortably and effortlessly throughout the year.”
