Diyarbakır Metropolitan Municipality Co-Mayor Doğan Hatun attended the event entitled “Agora Civica” held in the city of Barcelona, Spain, where the 6th UCLG Culture Summit of the United Cities and Local Governments World Organisation (UCLG) will be held. Alongside Co-Mayor Hatun, Sur Municipality Co-Mayor Fatma Gulan Önkol, Bağlar Municipality Co-Mayor Siraç Çelik, and Head of the Department of Culture and Social Affairs Zeynep Yaş also took part in the event.

At the event, agendas relating to cultural rights, peace, and cultural policies were discussed.
