İtfaiye Raporu Nedir?
Kamu kurum ve kuruluşları ile özel kuruluşlar ve gerçek kişilerce kullanılan her türlü yapı, bina, tesis ve işletmelere, 27/11/2007 tarihli ve 2007/12937 sayılı Bakanlar Kurulu Kararı ile yürürlüğe konulan Binaların Yangından Korunması Hakkında Yönetmelik hükümlerine göre düzenlenen yangın güvenliğine ilişkin belge.

Şube müdürlüklerimizden veya aşağıdaki linkten temin edebileceğiniz başvuru formunu eksiksiz ve güncel bilgilerle doldurarak belediyemiz hizmet binasında bulunan evrak kayıt birimimize teslim edilmesi gerekmektedir. Başkanlığımız tarafından görevlendirilen kontrol ekipleri ortalama 15 gün içerisinde işyeri kontrol edilerek cevap verilmekte olup yasal süremiz 30 gündür.
Yangın Güvenlik Önlemleri Açısından İş Yeri Denetim
19.12.2007 tarihli ve 26735 sayılı Resmi Gazete de yayınlanan ve daha sonra değişik tarihlerde Resmi Gazete ile bazı hükümleri tadil edilen “Binaların Yangından Korunması Hakkında Yönetmelik” hükümlerine göre binalarda alınması gereken yangın önlemlerinin talep edilmesi halinde tespiti için Kamu Kurum ve Kuruluşlar, Özel Kuruluşlar ve Gerçek Kişilerce kullanılan her türlü yapı, bina, tesis ve işletmelerin denetlenebilmesini kapsar.
