Diyarbakır Metropolitan Municipality is launching a new round of courses to improve access to culture and the arts and to strengthen a productive and participatory social life across the city.

The Department of Culture, Arts and Social Affairs will continue its free course programmes in the new term as part of its efforts to expand cultural and artistic activities throughout the city. The courses aim to help residents develop their artistic skills and increase their participation in social life.

Planned for both children and adults, the courses are intended to bring people from different age groups together with art.

Training will be offered in ceramics, glass fusion, kaval and ney, clarinet and baÄŸlama, painting (for adults and children), violin, piano (for adults) and guitar (for adults).

Applications will be accepted between 25 March and 1 April. Participation in the courses will be limited to available places. Applications can be submitted via dismek.diyarbakir.bel.tr.
