Service Details

The Newborn Kit is available for babies aged 0–1 month.

• The baby must have been born in a public hospital.

• The family must reside within the boundaries of Diyarbakır Province.

• The household income must be at or below the minimum wage.

Required Documents

• Birth report

• Proof of income for both parents (payslip or a barcoded document obtained through e-Government/SGK confirming that the parent is not in employment)

• Photocopy of the mother’s identity card
