Diyarbakır Metropolitan Municipality Co-Mayor Doğan Hatun received the presidents of the Turkish Deaf Confederation and Diyarbakır Deaf Sports Club.

Turkish Deaf Confederation President Orkun Utsukarcı and Diyarbakır Deaf Sports Club President Sait Elinç met with Co-Mayor Hatun during their visit to the Metropolitan Municipality.

The meeting included an extensive exchange of views on the services provided by the municipality and ongoing work for people with disabilities. Co-Mayor Hatun underlined that services for people with disabilities continue with determination and conveyed a message of solidarity.

The presidents of the Turkish Deaf Confederation and Diyarbakır Deaf Sports Club presented a plaque of appreciation to the Co-Mayors in recognition of the Metropolitan Municipality’s support.

Co-Mayor Hatun was accompanied during the visit by Municipal Council Member Canan Efe Åžahin and Head of the Department for Services for Disabled and Elderly People, Ä°smail DeÄŸirmenci.
