Diyarbakır Metropolitan Municipality Co-Mayors Serra Bucak and Doğan Hatun attended the October Ordinary Assembly Meeting of the Union of Municipalities of Türkiye (TBB) held in Ankara.

Chaired by TBB Deputy Chair and Mayor of Mersin Metropolitan Municipality, Vahap Seçer, the 2025 October Ordinary Assembly convened at a hotel in Ankara. Diyarbakır Metropolitan Municipality Co-Mayors Serra Bucak and Doğan Hatun took part alongside municipal assembly members.

Following the election of the presiding board, TBB Deputy Chair Vahap Seçer addressed the meeting. TBB Secretary General Suat Yıldız then delivered a presentation on the 2026 budget.

The agenda included consideration of TBB’s 2026 Performance Programme and the 2026 Fiscal Year Budget.
